Refund Policy

At Face Painters Help, we believe in total transparency and risk reversal. Because we offer a combination of free-trial periods and immediate-access digital intellectual property, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our training.

1. THE 7-DAY FREE TRIAL (Core Program)

For the Face Painters Help Core Program, we provide a 7-day free trial to allow you to evaluate the systems, templates, and training before any payment is processed.

- Trial Period: You will not be charged for the first 7 days of your access.

- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time during the 7-day trial via your account settings to avoid being charged.

- Post-Trial Charge: On Day 8, your one-time payment of $97 will be processed.

- No Refunds After Trial: Once the 7-day trial has ended and the payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued. By completing the trial period without cancelling, you agree that you have found the product satisfactory and waive your right to a refund.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & IMMEDIATE ACCESS

For all other digital products, templates, or workshops that do not include a trial period:

All Sales Are Final. Because these products include immediate access to proprietary intellectual property and downloadable resources, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once access is granted.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

For any ongoing monthly or yearly subscription services (if applicable):

You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

4. DONE-FOR-YOU (DFY) SERVICES

Services involving manual labor, strategy, or custom builds are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued minus a processing/onboarding fee.

5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We go to great lengths to provide a "Try Before You Buy" experience with our 7-day trial. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first is considered a violation of our terms and will result in:

Immediate and permanent revocation of access to all current and future products.

The dispute being contested with your bank using this signed policy and your login/activity logs as evidence.
