By accessing this website, purchasing any products, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Face Painters Help provides digital products, educational content, templates, community access, and optional done-for-you services designed to support face painters in building and improving their businesses.

By using this site or purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PROGRAM ACCESS

All products sold through Face Painters Help are digital unless otherwise stated. This includes (but is not limited to):

Online courses and training programs

Downloadable templates, scripts, and resources

Community access

Automations, workflows, and system frameworks

Access is granted immediately upon purchase unless otherwise noted.

3. COMMUNITY ACCESS & CONDUCT

Access to the Face Painters Help community is provided as a support resource for students and clients.

By participating, you agree to:

Be respectful and professional

Avoid harassment, spam, or solicitation

Not share private or proprietary information

Follow community guidelines as posted

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to the community at our discretion if behavior violates these expectations.

4. DONE-FOR-YOU (DFY) SERVICES

If you purchase a DFY setup or service:

Scope of work will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase or agreement

Timelines may vary depending on responsiveness, assets provided, and project complexity

Client cooperation is required for completion

DFY services are non-transferable and may not be resold or redistributed.

5. PAYMENTS & BILLING

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

Subscription products renew automatically unless canceled.

For trial-based products, you authorize Face Painters Help to charge your provided payment method the full product amount immediately following the conclusion of your trial period unless canceled.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

Failure to process payment may result in suspended access.

6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, the following policies apply:

7-Day Free Trials: For products offering a 7-day trial (such as the Core Program), you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time within the 7 days via your account settings to avoid being charged.

One-Time Payments: Once a trial period ends and the one-time payment (e.g., $297) is successfully processed, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for "forgetting to cancel" or for a change of mind after the trial period has concluded.

Standard Digital Products: For products without a trial period, all sales are final upon purchase.

Subscriptions: Any ongoing subscription products may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges; however, no refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, templates, systems, videos, and materials provided by Face Painters Help are protected intellectual property.

You may:
✔ Use materials for your own business
✖ Share, resell, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission

Violations may result in revoked access without refund.

8. NO GUARANTEES OR EARNINGS CLAIMS

We provide education, tools, and systems — not guarantees.

Results vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation.
We do not guarantee specific income, bookings, or business outcomes.

You are responsible for your own results.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Face Painters Help shall not be held liable for:

Business losses.

Missed opportunities.
